No active payment path

SurveyMarkup's synthetic public beta has no public payment, support-payment, prepaid membership, subscription or real-file review offer. The public experience uses fictional examples only.

Who you are dealing with

SurveyMarkup is operated by Tim Albash, sole trader, ABN 50 427 523 590. SurveyMarkup is not registered for GST.

Dormant commercial paths

Any account, billing or services code that remains in the product is dormant in synthetic-beta mode. It does not create a current offer or entitlement.

Unexpected charge

SurveyMarkup should not charge you during the synthetic public beta. If you believe a charge has occurred, email admin@surveymarkup.com.au with the payment reference and do not include a client survey file.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a consumer guarantee applies to something you have paid for, your remedies under that law apply in addition to anything described on this page.
